1. Are Utilities Included?
Landlord covers Water & Sewer.
Tenant covers Electric & Gas
4. How far are the apartments from Ualbany?
All our apartments are within 3 miles from the University. The Alumni quad and downtown campus are within .5 miles!
Within a few short blocks are multiple mass transits options including the #11, #114, #12 and Albany shuttle bus.
7. Garbage & Snow Removal?
Our maintenance team assist with snow removal. Garbage is to be placed after dark, curb side Tuesday evenings and the city will pick it up.
2. When Is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the first of the month. You are subject to late fees beyond the 7th of the month.
Pay you rent for the entire semester, at the time of lease signing and save up to 10% as a prepayment discount!
5. Apartment Repairs?
Apartment repairs are processed via your personal tenant portal. Submit a request, and our maintenance team will reach out within 24 hours!

7. Cable/Internet Included?
Internet and Cable is not included
3. Lease Term
Leases typically start June 1st and expire May 31st. Contact us to discuss different lease terms
